Wedged between Yonge street, Rose Dale Valley and Church street, adjacent to a community park and with irregular site boundaries; the building form was manipulated and formed in response to these conditions. The tower mass is oriented to align with Yonge street; The lower levels form a stepped podium, interlocking with the tower; its form bent to opening up a vista towards an adjacent park, and creating a wider, more generous urban realm around the building.
